The Document and Workflow Operations (DWO) - Disclosures & Notices (D&N) team manages disclosure content for prospect marketing, new & existing Clients in print, verbal, and digital channels. D&N partners with front line units and support areas to align strategic priorities and develop solutions to create, publish, and govern content change management needs. D&N delivers for Consumer & Small Business Card, Deposits, Merrill, Private Bank, ECIS, Large Commercial, and other product & servicing organizations.

D&N is seeking a motivated individual to manage disclosure inventory supporting Card, Deposit, and other product & servicing organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with D&N Subject Matter Experts, and other key stakeholders supporting delivery of change management routines ensuring consistent client experience of DWO tools and capabilities

• Liaison between D&N and Technology partners, establish and maintain understand of DWO Tools related to record retention and archive

• Establish, administer and refine processes and procedures related to Peer Review tracking and inventory

• Coordinate tasks across multiple teams, and apply critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to drive change

• Serve as primary contact for Image Retrieval related requests

Manages medium-large projects for an operations segment, product line or function. Manages the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements. Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated with project scope. Directs project parameters, cost and resource estimates. Works closely with operations management on project impact and direction. May approve bid packages from outside vendors and contractors. Has direct management responsibility for a small project team. Requires an in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment.

Required Skills:

  • 3 or more years of strategy development, change management, or related experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with process improvement and product management

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities

  • Ability to multi-task, work with short deadlines and perform well under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)​

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Card, Deposits or Wealth Management Product organizations

  • Distinguished listening, verbal and written skills with keen attention to detail

  • Proven history of applying creativity & logic to solve problems and think strategically

  • Issue management and ability to identify, diagnose, escalate, and resolve production issues in collaboration with technology, strategy and other partners

  • Operational process or workflow design experience

  • Senior leader/executive level presentation experience

  • Effective simultaneous oversight and management of multiple large scale projects/tasks

  • Working knowledge of DWO tools and process knowledge including Messagpoint, HP Exstream, Agile Methodology, Jira, ALM, Adobe Pro

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience​
