Job Description:

Line of Business Role Description

        Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit.

        Functions managed may include:

        Key point of contact to merchant partners

        Respond to requests from key program stakeholders

        Identify opportunities for data sharing, self-service, automation across Merchant Services

        Utilize key metric analysis to enhance client experience

        Represent Line of Business in technical & process design sessions

        Line of Business liaison for Risk Assessment (UCRA) prep and evidence

        Line of Business liaison Audit preparation & evidence

        Issue management, working with Risk and Business Controls on plans, and evidence

        Build and manage Go To Green plans for underperforming metrics

        Monthly Business Review prep

        Semi-Annual Health Review prep

        Manual process inventory management

        Back-up coverage for managers while extended out

        May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates

        Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products

        Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices

 

Required Skills

2+ years of organizational and business support experience
Experience or strong knowledge of operational support functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Candidate should exhibit strong personal drive, individual initiative, a sense of urgency, and responsiveness
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of risk, support, and business partners
• Ability to work independently to troubleshoot issues
• Strong  Proficiency with  Excel, and PowerPoint, along with ability to quickly learn new programs and applications
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on control
• Well-organized and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Self-starter and ability to think and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• • Ability to effectively collaborate with others in different locations
• Proven history of applying to critical thinking to drive change
• Ability to think logically
