• Ideally have 2+ years previous experience in client services, implementation/integration, project management and/or operations;
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment; 
• Be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
• Have good judgement and attention to detail; 
• Very strong analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills.
• Work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills;

What you can expect

The role is in the Client Implementation team that sits within the Global Client Onboarding Management group. The team principally coordinates the set up of prospective clients and client maintenance requests for Global Markets. The role will involve interaction with Clients, Onboarding, Client Services and Third Party Vendors. The sucessful candidate will need to understand platform architecture and how our systems interact.
This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with, a variety of client stakeholders.

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with business partners to onboard clients locally and internationally.
• Oversee the delivery of all assigned onboards in line with the clients’ expectations, either individually as an Implementation manager or partner with another.
• Responsible for account opening, and arranging statement delivery in accordance with client type and products traded.
• Act as a control point over various steps within the integration process.
• Provide support and guidance from an implementation and solution perspective, where required/requested, to front line units. 
• Lead or participate in internal initiatives/projects representing Implementation/Integration.
• Ensure that onboards are delivered in accordance procedures and expected timeframes to meet or exceed client expectations. 
• Provide technical support and training to stakeholders where
