Process Overview*

The FAKC (Finance and Accounting Knowledge Center) was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support and Supply Chain Management.

Over the years, the scope of FAKC has been expanded to include operations for other enterprise control functions like Human Resources and Risk and Compliance.

Job Description*

Third Party Management leasing Team has responsibility for the sourcing aspects of technology and other equipment leasing as lessee. The Leasing Team handles the request through the life of the lease including the following phases: lease origination (including lease vs. buy analysis, lease rate bidding, and lease award), lease administration and reporting, and end-of-lease activities..

Responsibilities*

Running lease analysis followed by creation of lease contracts in system. Actively working with the lessor & internal LOB for process the lease schedules. Ensure monthly maintenance of LAUR reports for all lessors. Monthly calls with LOB & lessor ensure accuracy of records. Posting lease entries in Lease controller for CLFT (Central Leasing Finance Team) reporting. End to end lease management of assigned lessor.

Requirements

 Education*

Graduate (B Com./BBA /M Com.)

 Certifications If Any

Experience Range*

1.5-4 yrs

 Foundational skills*

- Experience in Vendor management /Supply chain management role

-  Basic accounting knowledge  ( Leasing/ Hire Purchase)

 Desired skills

- Knowledge of MS Excel/ Data Management

- Good communication skills
