What you can expect

The Client Assets Control Group’s primary objective in APAC is to ensure compliance with the Client Asset rules within the various APAC jurisdictions. The Associate will form a key part of the team which is currently located in Singapore.  The team covers all aspects of daily BAU processing, routine reporting and the provision of management information.
This is a dynamic role which offers a lot of variety in the day to day workload. Joining this team will provide fantastic learning and growth potential for the successful candidate within an innovative and dynamic team in an area that is of great business importance. A working knowledge of the Client Assets rules would be beneficial but is not a requisite for a role that offers regular interaction with internal contacts servicing various jurisdictions and legal entities across the APAC region.

What you will do

The Associate will be responsible for working within the Client Assets Control Group BAU Team. The team responsibilities include:

  • Completion of the daily Client Money calculations for various legal entities in the APAC jurisdiction.

  • Oversight of Client Money Calculations to ensure that key controls are being correctly completed by the respective lines of business.

  • Provision of management information for the Client Assets Operating Group & Client Assets Oversight Certified Executive.

Due to the complex nature of the operational processes required for this role the successful candidate will be required to adhere to a three-month notice period
