Job Description:

Provides support to Oil and Gas Property Manager for comprehensive management of oil, gas and mineral assets held in trust, estate, agency accounts.  Involved in all aspects of lease administration, division order administration, title verification, deed/contract interpretations and preparation, domicile and ancillary probate proceedings, gas marketing and general trust administration. Responsible for database maintenance relating to managed oil, gas and mineral assets  in various capacities, including revenue and expenses for multiple owners, lease maintenance and tracking and handling escheat fund process. Communication with oil purchasers/companies and operators, with limited communication to clients. 

Requirements:

  • MS Office (Excel, Access DB, Word and PowerPoint). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years Oil & Gas title experience with lease knowledge, PSA and operating agreement exposure. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and handle several ongoing projects at one time.
