Your background

  •  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred
  • Excellent communication, influencing and problem resolution skills
  • Strong self-starter and motivated individual who constantly strives for excellence
  • Keen eye for details, be team-oriented and possess strong work ethics
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and diverse environment
  • Ability to innovate, simplify and improve current processes
  • Proactive with a value-adding mindset and always willing to do a little more
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA)
  • Knowledge of technology infrastructure, Ariba and ability to communicate in Mandarin (oral and written) will be an added advantage

Background: Economics team is part of Chief Technology Organization (CTO), responsible for financial management covering a cost footprint in 12 countries across 20+ legal entities in Asia Pacific. What you will do

  • Provide strong financial management support to CTO APAC across 12 countries covering 20+ legal entities with process diversity across the region
  • Manage financial planning and forecasting
  • Manage delivery of monthly 1% Financial KPI of actual expense vs forecast
  • Manage invoice and spend governance
  • Manage savings tracking and reporting
  • Provide financial support and coaching to project managers and engineers
  • Drive financial governance and best practices across CTO
  • Drive Operational Excellence
  • Support ad-hoc projects/ tasks
