Assistant Vice President, Service Delivery Analyst (Talent Acquisition Operations)

  • Solid HR knowledge and understanding of HR disciplines, preferably experience in HR Operations/Recruitment (ideally 4+ years of experience)

  • Ability to communicate / partner professionally and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to translate HR operational needs and requirement to others.

  • Ability to understand and interpret policies and procedures and be able to explain them to others

Talent Acquisitions Operations supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to attract the best talent, in line with the needs of the business. By leveraging best fit technology and driving process efficiency we enable the delivery of the people strategy in accordance with the banks risk appetite and regulatory framework.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the TA Operations Team and support all lines of business. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in an exciting, fast paced, global environment with focus on execution and the ability to leverage resources from multiple areas and work with different teams to deliver results. It is important for the individual to be able to operate effectively within a matrixed organization.

What you will do

Reporting

  • Single point of contact of all TA reports and custodian of TA information

  • Including but not limited to GBAM reports, regulatory reports, Fx rate updates, comp files, etc

  • Partnership and collaboration with the AMS business intelligence team to evolve the way we present information

  • Based on emerging themes of total talent generate information needed for decision making including leveraging enterprise tools like Tableau.

  • Validate if the reports are still needed on an annual basis and partner with other regions to ensure consistent data points are viewed.

  • Provide recommendations on automation to reduce risk of high number of manual reports as well as commentary to TA managers on key trends viewed.

Invoicing and budget

  • Single point of contact for all financial transactions.

  • In partnership with business support manager, review and process AMS, GBAM PSL and Pontoon invoice transactions and where necessary process the adhoc invoices received.

  • Provide regular summary of transactions and issues

  • Participate and support in global TA budget routines

Supplemental payments

  • Point of contact for oversight and governance of one time payments across campus and lateral

  • Facilitate the QC process with GDO to ensure relevant approvals are in place prior to payment.

  • Continue to work with EMEA and US to share best practices, lessons learnt and process improvement.

Day to day support

  • Provide day to day support as needed.

  • Could range from facilitating rehire approval checks, update TA distribution lists, assisting vendors with their credentials in workday etc.

PSL/ One Off

  • Manage the APAC GBAM PSL

  • Review the PSL annually for effectiveness

  • Point of governance for rouge spend and ensure all transactions are covered with the relevant T&C with the vendor manager and local procurement.

WD trouble shoot and enhancement

  • Partner with the TA team for basic trouble shooting of HR tech systems

  • Engage relevant international operations partners for complicated issues

Operational excellence

  • Continue to evolve and embed improvements in how we operate within HR

Audit execution assistance

  • Support for Audit exercises for HR.

NFRR

  • Monthly Metrics update GHR NFRR SharePoint

  • NFRR Change request

  • Coordinate any NFRR related initiatives: Data Transmission registration, Data Dictionary

  • Annual NFRR and Non-NFRR Inventory refreshes

  • Inputs for NFRR SteerCo and represent HR in the meeting

  • Support the user access maintenance in Non-NFRR SharePoint

  • Represent HR in the APAC NFRR arbitration committee meetings

  • Annual QC of the NFRR
