The success of Bank of America and Global Transaction Services (GTS) is dependent on the continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashPro® is Bank of America’s flagship GTS platform for clients ranging from business banking to commercial to large and potentially global corporates.

The CashPro Product Manager will focus on opportunities to expand client-led servicing experiences - this will require new and improved processes and an innovative mindset, including a customer-centric focus and intuitive design within an Agile development framework.
 

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Product Manager role:

  • Understand design thinking, use it to gain a deep appreciation of client needs, and generate new ideas to simplify complex processes and deliver an empowered user experience with “in the moment” interactive, intelligent guidance.
  • Have a passion for designing intuitive and cutting-edge solutions in partnership with clients; be excited about the digital revolution and help drive the transformation of the banking experience.
  • Enjoy building relationships with senior leadership across GTS CashPro product management, GTS core product management and GTS sales teams to influence strategic roadmaps for the delivery of best-in-class solutions.
  • Join forces with Servicing colleagues focused on operational excellence to understand drivers of client service interactions, dig into existing workflows to find pain points and expand CashPro capabilities related to simple inquiries.
  • Regularly engage with technology in Agile planning and product showcases to confirm delivery against expectations and standards.
  • Ensure client, servicing, and operational readiness for new product delivery and drive “go to market” messaging to promote new capabilities and drive client adoption.

  • 8+ years product management experience in with treasury services and/or banking knowledge and experience
  • Experience defining product strategy, leveraging KPIs to drive product design, and engagement in Agile product development
  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree
