Agile Business Analyst

Job Description:

Position Summary

Experienced Agile  business analyst in consumer banking fraud technologies responsible for implementing initiatives for our line of business partners across credit, debit products.

Required Skills

Proven experience of working in Agile development environment, preferably in the Product Owner or business analyst roles.

Groom, prioritize product backlog, working in collaboration with line of business partners and scrum team, ensuring features, stories and tasks are well understood by all sides.

Actively engages in scrum events  at team level and above – stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, PI planning, etc.

Work closely with the development partners and line of business partners on change requests, conducting product demos and understanding the strategic value and business benefit for changes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 

Produce Project documentation  – Functional and technical requirements and business requirement document as needed for non-Agile initiatives.

Takes fully ownership of changes and able to identify risks and challenges, create strategies to resolve, as well as identify opportunities to foster operational excellence.

Independent results driven,  and the ability to work in a team. 
Working knowlegde of SQL

Desired Skills

Financial services, consumer banking experience.  Strong understanding of the banks products and services and of the payments network industry
Experience with Agile tools – Jira/Rally
Data analytics experience with strong MS Excel.
