Job Title: Application Control Specialist/AIT Management

Corporate Title: Vice President

Location: Bromley, Camberley or Dublin

Overview of the Role:

Responsibilities associated with this role include:

  • Implementation of process and controls to ensure AITs within the EMEA regulatory reporting function meet with enterprise standards, including tracking and closure of RISE deliverables.
  • Implementation of Capacity and performance planning with the areas
  • Negotiation and clarification of multiple competing requirements being placed on AITs by enterprise functions, such as GIS, BCM and Records Management.
  • Oversight of 3rd party vendor applications with regard to their compliance with BofA standards, working with vendor management as appropriate.
  • Supervision of the AIT Management admin function in India.
  • Act as AIT Manager for the tier 1 Insight Regulator Reporting AIT and a number of 3rd party vendor AITS.
  • Management of the L3 support process for Insight.
  • Tracking of TCO associated with AIT server and storage estate across EMEA regulatory reporting.
  • Identification of technical risks and tracking through to closure through the SIAI process as appropriate.

Overview of the Team:

DFXR is s globally distributed team with staff in Singapore, Hyderabad, London, Dublin, New York and Chicago.  This role will be closely aligned with the UK team.

The function has built a number of Tier 1 applications to support the business in key areas such as FX settlement, confirms and regulatory reporting, in a mixture of stages of their lifecycle ranging from new strategic, maintain and planned for decommission. These applications run off a large and complex infrastructure estate. The EMEA Regulatory reporting function forms part of this broader team.

Core Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Bank of America technical standards and policies as applied to Applications, combined with a practical understanding of their implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of the technical implications associated with bank standard solutions such as the Quartz environment and various GIS access management solutions.
  • Negotiation and diplomatic skills to influence at the enterprise level
  • Technical expertise to interrogate the production environment load and storage footprint.
