The Business Control Specialist supports the Consumer, Small Business and Wealth Technology Risk & Controls COO. This role is responsible for the support of key horizontal Risk Programs such as delivering the Model Risk Management Program and Policy Governance for CSWT.
Role requires efficient collaboration with Model Development Executive & Model Risk Management Teams to drive all routines surrounding the CSWT Model inventory. Candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to hosting meetings, documentation of action plans (takeaways), maintaining Model inventory and providing updates to CSWT Risk Executive, Tech Executives and Line of Business (LOB) partners. Will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of all Models owned and/or developed within CSWT.
Additionally, active management of Policy Impact matrix for CSWT and coordination of compiling impact commentary for aligned GT&O/Enterprise policies for Executive leadership socialization. Must be able to quickly connect the dots to lead others to identify gaps or reach decisions on critical work. Aid in continued evolution of simplification processes performed across the team.

Required Skills

•-Prior experience with Model Risk Management/Artificial Intelligence Governance
•-Communicates complex technical subject matter into clear, concise language suited for various audiences
•-Foundational knowledge of Risk and Controls
•-Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others
•-1+ years of relevant work experience in project management and execution of key business functions
•-Drives timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
•-Demonstrates accountability and ownership
•-Capable of analyzing, simplifying and collaborating to solve complex problems
•-Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight
•-Ability to coordinate and drive execution of priorities and meet deadlines
•-Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
•-Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

•-Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end to end business: leadership, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and strategy initiatives
