Job Title: EMEA Trade Control Analyst

We are currently seeking a committed and numerically minded Trade Control Analyst to join our EMEA Equity Trade Control team. As part of our Middle Office team, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and put your problem solving skills to work, while interacting with and learning from business partners across all areas of the bank, providing you with excellent exposure to the industry.


You’ll be joining a dynamic, supportive team and will have access to ongoing training and opportunities for career development. This role is to be a part of the Cash Equities Trade Support and Trade Control Team. The team provide cover and support to the Desks across the Cash Equities platform, specifically, High Touch, Low Touch and Portfolio trading desks 
 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing complex operational queries from across the organization

  • Facilitating Corporate Action processing, Cumulative Dividend & Ex-Dividend order bookings

  • Investigating technology and system flow issues

  • Resolving intraday queries from clients, both internally and externally

  • Enhancing client order booking  

  • Managing Front Office business static data 

  • Testing and feedback on large scale technology programs

  • Fulfilling regulatory reporting obligations, including QA, Reconciliation and Control ownership

  • Projects delivery outside day to day
