Job Description:

Enterprise Role Overview:

Responsible for title releases, working closely with clients and third party organizations. Working with title scanning software and responsible for labeling, filing and maintaining accurate system of record information.   Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, exception processing and QA processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training. Individuals typically have 2 to 4 years of experience.

LOB Job Description:

Responsible for the day to day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for the business unit, or units, including report writing using various data mining tools, title label creation, research of motor vehicle violation processing, UCC releases for various types of equipment and other collateral release functions and title audits. Responsible for title scanning and related problem resolution. Coordinates the implementation of new products and or services, procedures, and systems and or hardware solutions for problems in the operations environment. Initiates projects and alternatives to improve operations efficiency. Ability to use Microsoft Office to support status reporting requirements.  Working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, knowledge of report writing tools such as TOAD and Alteryx would be beneficial.  Should have thorough understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work and on the job training. Ability to communicate across and up the organization. Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Individuals typically have 3-5 years of experience. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
