  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business management and support roles

  • Proven leadership experience, ability to drive delivery and outcome

  • Strong stakeholder and senior executive management skills and proven experiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence and drive decisions

What you can expect

The Global Banking & Markets Anti-Money Laundering (GBAM AML) organization is a central control function which governs, facilitates, and oversees the global end-to-end GBAM AML program across all GBAM businesses and jurisdictions through implementation of processes and controls to effectively managing AML and economic sanctions risks. The team performs AML Know-Your-Client/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) and covers refresh (periodic review) as its core activity. Additionally, there is a dedicated team responsible in reaching out to clients for KYC/CDD documentations in order to fulfil its due diligence requirements. The team also covers internal/external audits, remediation of AML KYC/CDD of bank clients.

We are currently seeking a Business Support Manager to join our team. This role will help with governance, strategy planning, workforce/ staffing, forecasting/budgeting, reporting, regional coordination, global alignment, senior management presentations, internal communication, business management and support routines. What you will do

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for business planning and strategy implementation for the team and/or wider organization

  • Support workforce and staffing requirements

  • Manage financials, governance of expense and cost forecasting

  • Responsible for governance and routines management across teams

  • Management support, plan and drive senior executive presentation and meetings

  • Lead communications strategy to deliver consistent and important information to the organization in an efficient and timely manner

  • Ensure governance and due diligence over service delivery model (including inter-affiliate relationship and/ or third party vendors)

  • Drive People engagement and Talent planning program

  • Coordinator for Business Continuity & Disaster planning

  • Support Workspace related matters

  • Trusted support partner to provide consulting and advisory services for business management matters

  • Manage a strong relationship with senior leaders, stakeholders and partners in the region and across global functions
