Technical Business Analyst - NPT Program - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

Technology Business Analyst role supporting the enterprise Not Permitted Technology (NPT) Program. Service delivery role with a risk management focus, supporting the enterprise Not Permitted Technology (NPT) Program. Candidate would support risk management activities for the program, including responding to requests from control partners, such as Audit, Compliance, and Operational Risk.  Candidate would also provide program updates to the Process, Risk and Control (PRC) inventory, including compiling metric results and providing appropriate commentary. Candidate will also ensure that program process and procedure documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years risk experience

  • 3-5 years technology experience

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities

  • Intellectually curious -  able to proactively analyze information and follow through on potential issue  to root cause and solution

  • Ability to work across organizations to deliver results

  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of BAC infrastructure technologies a plus

Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
