Process Overview*

Syndicated & Large Corporate (SLC) team provides operational and administrative support to syndicated deals agented by different banks/financial institutions including Bank of America. Loan IQ is the system of record for processing all transactions for “As Agent” & “Participant”, depending upon the type of deal. Key transactions processed through Loan IQ platform include advances, principal/interest/fee payments, rollovers, rate sets & conversions

Job Description*

• Reviewing the notices received and interpreting the correct information

• Processing the request as per the business procedure

Responsibilities*

• Releasing the notices/wires/payments to correct recipient/lender/client

• Escalating any issues that they foresee

• Support fellow team members on queries relating to process

Requirements*

 Education*

Any graduate

 Certifications If Any

 Experience Range*

2-4 years

 Foundational skills*

• Basic understanding of Loans

• Able to interpret document

• Eye for key details (specific to role)

• Good written and verbal communication skills with proficient on MS Office

 Desired skills

Any experience in Syndicated Loans/ Payments through LIQ
