Operations Manager - ATM Exception Processing - Kennesaw Georgia

Job Description:

Responsible for the efforts of a team handling ATM exception processing in a fast paced environment.  This position will be responsible for supervising the team in their day-to-day functions while ensuring all business objectives and department goals are met. Responsibilities also include motivating, coaching and developing Associates to achieve optimal performance results. Will perform all managerial functions, lead project work and continually utilize independent judgment. 

Team Duties: Analysis of ATMs serviced by vendors and financial center employees including taking and receiving phone calls to discuss and resolve issues; adjusting customer DDAs and internal general ledgers to offset exceptions related to the ATM transactions.

Required Skills:

  • Must have 2+ years of management experience

  • 3-5 years of Operational experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate excellent oral presentation skills

  • Proven analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, time sensitive environment

  • Effectively handle competing priorities

  • Build effective working relationships

  • Credibility and presence  to influence associates, peers, leaders and LOB

  • Team oriented and highly motivated

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excels in self-directing and self-pacing - Proven ability to work independently and make decisions

  • Implemented process improvements

  • Sound decision making skills

  • Minimum of Meets / Meets on most recent PDP

  • Must be flexible to work additional hours (Days, evenings, weekends and overtime)
