Lead Operations Representative - Payment Operations

Job Description:

Your background:

Graduate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience OR MBA with 1-2 years’ experience in Banking Operations

  • Good Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.
  • Good computing and accounting skills.
  • Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement.
  • Ability to manage volumes with accuracy.
  • Ability to cope with pressure during rush hours.
  • Basic knowledge of Banking
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and within stiff time deadlines
  • Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.
  • Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement.
  • Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc

What you can expect : 

  • Will be trained in Handling Domestic Payments  - RTGS , NEFT, NACH, IMPS , UPI and Tax Payments.( E2E)
  • Will be exposed to various payment application for monitoring and reconciliation
  • Encouraged to  streamline the process and manage volumes
  • Adapt to changes both internally and regulatory side
  • Interactions  with  both local and regional  Teams

What you will do

  • Manage the E2E processing of Domestic payments
  • Raise hands in the event of  issues / Challenges
  • Ensure all Checks and Balances are diligently followed
  • Reconciliation of transactions on periodic basis as defined
  • Ability to learn and Adapt the E2E flow and close monitoring of all applications involved in Transaction processing
  • Interact with branches , Tech partner and Product
