  • Role is in the Finance team which manages financial & regulatory reporting, MIS and tracks and analyses business and franchise performance. Partners with business on tracking business drivers and providing analytical inputs on balance sheet trends and returns.
  • This specific role focusses on data governance, building analytics for business information, supporting automation projects for Finance, driving control routines and also managing a portion of internal daily reports.
  • Role has a higher component of unstructured job responsibilities which requires dynamic thought process and application of analytical skills.
  • Role in Finance provides wide exposure on banking products and strategy. Also provides opportunity to interact and engage with all business and functions. Therefore builds a strong foundation for careers in banking.

What you will do

  • Data Governance
    • Support implementation of data governance structure for financial and regulatory reporting
    • Run daily data quality checks and deep dive for any identified issues
    • Liaise and work with partner functions on addressing data quality issues
  • Analytics and MIS
    • Use financial data to compile analytics for internal MIS to business and senior management – focused on balance sheet trends and returns
    • Prepare internal MIS reports on business performance trends
    • Compile presentation decks for adhoc information requirements
  • Automation Projects
    • Support project management for automation projects for local reporting acting as interface between technology and Finance SMEs
    • Track and drive project deliverables
  • Support Control Routines
    • Support controls lead on review and follow up on control routines and checking effectiveness of controls across regulatory reporting processes
  • Financial Reporting and Accounting 
    • Manage few daily reports for internal circulation tracking critical limits
    • Support in preparation, review and submission of Risk Based Supervision reports to RBI
