Here at our Paris office we are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work in a fast paced environment.

The ideal Administrative Assistant will not only be responsible for administrative support, but also have a willingness to learn, be resourceful and independent, and take on additional responsibilities over time. They should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and an excellent work ethic.

As an Administrative Assistant III your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Diary management, including organizing internal/external meetings and conference calls
  • Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travel
  • Handling expenses using Concur and Ariba systems
  • Filing call reports on a weekly basis using Navigator
  • Completing i-Track on a weekly basis
  • Pre-empting and highlighting to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
  • Ensuring relevant DRE is captured
  • Develop knowledge of banker’s clients, transactions and specific individuals
  • Establish professional and effective communication at all levels

As an Administrative Assistant III your skills/competencies would include:

  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Accurate typing
  • Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Capable of working efficiently in a demanding environment
  • Flexibility
  • Mature, calm and professional attitude at all times
  • Accuracy and numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels in French and English
