Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

LOB: EMEA Leasing Operations

Corporate Title: Officer

Location: London

The EMEA & APAC Leasing Operations team consists of 18 Leasing professionals supporting Bank of America’s Leasing business in EMEA & APAC.   Annually, the team processes around 800 new transactions for a wide range of asset types - Aircraft/Shipping/Rail/IT/Software.

This role will focus on providing administrative support to our documentation and fulfilment team. This individual will have the opportunity to develop their documentation, IT and project management skills whilst also learning the leasing & loan products for a wide range of asset types.

Duties:

  • Issuing invoices to our clients
  • Monitoring and posting cash receipts to the relevant accounts
  • Responding to our clients’ queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Some reporting requirements

Core Skills:

  • Preferably some experience in a comparable role such as Finance or Operations
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Proficient Excel skills; the ability to effectively manipulate data
  • Close attention to detail
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
  • Results oriented; is able to accomplish objectives in a specified timeframe
  • Team player
  • A European language is desirable but not required
