Process Design Change Consultant I, Global Banking and Markets Technology COO Team

Job Description:

Team responsibilities:

  • Enhance culture of Software Development Lifecycle Testing across Global Banking and Markets Technology (GBAMT), Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology (ERFT) and Core TI (CTI).

  • Custodial responsibilities for defining, enhancing, and maintaining organization’s Key Performance Metrics and health. Partner with application teams and interfaces to identify root causes and drive remediation efforts

  • Liaise and disseminate emerging patterns, risks and trends to/from Enterprise Change Management for GBAMT/ERFT/CTI

  • Establish and instill deeper feedback loops between Problem Management and Change Management processes to correctly identify root cause and assist the organization with more proactive identification of SIAI’s

  • Foster Testing best practices and partner closely with the SDM transformation teams, Agile coaches, and technology teams to identify and realize opportunities

  • Leverage and deepen relationships and connectivity to Change Management teams in Application Production Support services to establish telemetry for development teams areas of improvement

  • Execute on periodic QA of Changes to ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Policy and Standards for technical changes

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Support processes, risk, and controls requirements and governance of how technology (application and infrastructure) solutions are built and tested to ensure adherence with Enterprise Policy and Standards.

  • Facilitate cross-functional practitioner engagement, routines, and training, to ensure Organization’s Change posture is in tolerance.

  • Recommend and implement solutions to ensure technical change is executed correctly

  • Act as champion for key Change Management initiatives and ongoing process improvement activities.

  • Provide Change Management subject matter consulting support in audits and regulatory reviews or to technology teams

  • Support the implementation of QA/QC processes through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls with corresponding data gathering and analysis activities

  • Identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation, while assisting in building out action plans and milestones.

  • Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture and Change Management.


Skills:

  • Change management experience (with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Release methodologies)

  • Ability to understanding of Global Change Policy/ Standards and how to apply to practical scenarios

  • Familiarity with change management tools (Remedy, PPRT, CECE) • Strong technical aptitude (application & infrastructure)

  • Experience with various levels of system, integration, and regression testing

  • Risk Management / Mitigation and QA experience • Strong analytical / problem solving / process design skills

  • Strong ability to establish relationship with peers across teams in order to achieve optimal results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, PowerPoint)

We prefer to hire someone in the Charlotte, NC or Richmond, VA areas. We will consider Jersey City associates.
