Analyst II - Tech Delivery

Job Description:

 This role is responsible for supporting multiple Agile teams' delivery of business and/or system requirements to accomplish business goals within the IDE (Insight Delivery Engine) application. Individuals in this role possess a working knowledge of the business/technical domain and the main applications within that domain.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering closely with multiple IDE Agile teams in helping to deliver business values and achieve all committed goals. Identifying mitigating and resolving all team risks and dependencies in a timely manner. Documenting, refining and enforcing all team agreements. Providing visibility into IDE team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement. Coordinating and facilitating IDE team routines and planning. Assisting IDE teams with stories and POs with epics as needed. Acts as the voice of the IDE teams and protects these teams from outside influence and distractions. Takes accountability and ownership for the overall health and performance of the IDE agile teams. Proactively seeking best practices and areas of opportunity within the IDE teams and driving such change to increase team performance and growth. Enabling IDE agile teams to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement including cross-skilling across the team. Measuring team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the IDE teams to identify improvement opportunities. Provide metrics reporting and critical updates on teams' performance to IDE management on a routine basis for review and action. Empowering IDE teams to become fully mature, self-managed and fulfill their cross-functional potential. Exemplifies a solid understanding of effort prioritization and required integration points with IDE’s technology patterns. Leading Agile transformations for any newly created teams. Documenting processes, procedures and workflows associated with IDE. Executing on all release management deliverables and MRA2 requirements in support of all IDE code installs.

 

Required skills include:

  • Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence.
  • Scrum Master experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills. 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment. 
  • Ability to partner with both technology and business Associates to develop and implement solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, project life cycle, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi task and work independently.

 

Desired skills include:

  • IT or Business degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • Knowledge of insights and analytics desired.
  • Experience with Analytical Data Stores, test
