Business Unit overview:

Here in our Frankfurt office we are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. You will be part of a small team dealing directly with account opening and regulatory reporting. You will possess deep knowledge of the German banking industry and have experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of Account Openings, closures, changes of ownership, incorporations, from a legal and AML prospective

  • Working jointly with local compliance and implementation teams

  • Maintenance of Account files and signature mandates

  • Handling of court orders

  • Maintenance and controls of pledged accounts

Core Skills:

  • Broad business knowledge in German banking business

  • Experience with corporate client account openings/maintenance and related regulatory requirements

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Local AML regulation knowledge

  • Advanced English language skills for business communication

  • Familiar with the use of electronic documentation and standard office systems

  • Flexibility, Accountability and Teamwork

  • Ability to deal with large workload and tied timelines

  • German language skills
