Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Begin building relationships to generate deals & bring in business
Central point of contact between: clients, lawyers, financial regulators & legal teams involved in all deals
Manage and develop direct junior (Analyst and Associate) resources and activities across the global franchise in order to deliver the Bank’s products and services to the client
To ensure the Bank’s activities are conducted in a compliant and risk free manner
Responsible for the attraction and development of junior talent and following such performance management procedures as the company’s policies dictate, under the guidance of a Director or Managing Director
The Team act as the primary contact and advisor for clients, but typically are active members of client and/or deal teams. Working in this context with more senior staff, pro-actively generates ideas and solutions to meet client needs. Associates at this level continue to develop both product skills and client relationship skills. Individuals in this role are second-year Vice Presidents.
Mathematical and analytical skills are required
Proficient level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved in all aspects of developing a fast growing business
Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
