Brazil Supply Chain Finance Program Manager

Job Description:

Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is one of the fastest growing corporate trade products. The successful candidate will join Latin America GTS-Trade team as a Program Manager, responsible for working with both buyers and suppliers on mandated supply chain finance programs, during the sales process and throughout the life of the Brazil program.

Responsibilities

  • Work in close coordination with Trade Operations (Implementation), to accelerate the revenue ramp of complex deals by overseeing critical, product-related activities.

  • Optimize the revenue ramp of mandated SCF deals by successfully marketing the program to SCF suppliers, and following with onboarding.

  • Work closely with Product Managers during launch phase of new/enhanced products to ensure successful onboarding.

  • Provide ongoing support to both the buyers and the suppliers, becoming the primary point of contact throughout the life of the program.

  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Operations, Wholesale Credit, TSO/Trade PSS, Legal, and Contract Management to ensure client needs and timeline are met.

  • Provide ongoing buyer program reviews to identify new opportunities and to maximize the success of the programs.

  • Escalate non-standard implementation requirements and collaborate with other regional complex fulfillment peers and product teams to share global best practices, and continually improve the end-to-end process. 

  • Developing key metric dashboards and scorecards, trade business partner reporting/presentations.

  • Manage the programs with Buyers, responsible for coordinating suppliers contact, agreements negotiations, terms adjustments and all related aspects of established SCF programs. 

Core skills and requirements

  • High energy level, a strong work ethic and continuous desire to learn.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales, implementation, or project-related role in Supply Chain Finance and Trade. 

  • Strong selling/client-facing and interpersonal skills with a passion to continually improve.

  • Structured and organized, with excellent attention to detail. 

  • Strong project management skills that require coordination with individuals at different levels within the organization.

  • Proven strategic and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.

  • Foundational credit skills desired.
