Global Equities - One Touch Sales - Associate / Vice President

Job Description:

To be responsible for the delivery of product solutions to a wide universe of clients in the institutional and corporate space. The person will be hunting for new accounts as well as providing sales coverage/account management for the EU/Continental Europe domiciled accounts. They will also involved in the content distribution into OneTouch accounts.

The person will also be trading for the OneTouch clients in the EU, providing full coverage including light sales coverage where appropriate and involved in the prospecting efforts too

  • Responsible for marketing the bank’s services to new and existing clients
  • To ensure penetration increase of the business with the bank’s existing clients
  • Provide advice and opinion to clients with appropriate strategies
  • Price and execute transactions with approved clients
  • Ensure all audit, legal and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC) are adhered to, including compliance with all limits

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving  skills are required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
  • Experienced in the product area, with relevant trading room exposure
  • Well-developed numerate skills and a good understanding of macro-and micro-economics
  • Marketing, sales and presentation skills
  • Confident with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good systems knowledge (Bloomberg, Excel etc)
  • A second European language is essential
