About the Role
The Treasury Sales Associate base will be a critical role focused on the Global Commercial Banking clients of GTS requiring services in Australia. This will include both resident and non-resident clients. The person will be instrumental in expanding Bank of America’s reach and market penetration in this cash management and trade space. Clients include Middle Market Banking and NBFI’s, Healthcare and commercial Real Estate.
Key Duties include:
Build out the client portfolio in line with the bank’s strategy as well as identyfing and growing revenue from existing clients.
Partner closely with Bankers, Regional and Global GTS Colleagues and other business partners (as appropriate) to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise
Pitch alongside with Bankers’ as specialist on treasury, trade and liquidity products.
Identify client’s needs and work closely with internal partners (Product Management, Client Delivery, Services and Operations) to structure adequate solutions
Manage and support RFP processes as relates to specialist products (Deal Review, Pricing, RFP response coordination).
5 -7 years’ experience working with treasury, trade and liquidity products
Demonstrable ability to identify and develop new clients
Naturally comfortable dealing with C-Suite (CFO , Head of Treasury, CEO etc)
Mature world outlook: Exhibit a strong drive for results and success: conveys a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations; persists despite obstacles, setbacks and competing influences.
