CashPro® is BofA’s Global Banking flagship digital platform, enabling working capital management globally for 39k clients and over 500k users across 172 countries. The CashPro platform has been received industry recognition for digital platform design and mobile capabilities. The CashPro organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all services accessible via CashPro’s multiple channels (online, mobile, file to file, and API connectivity).

With workforces becoming increasingly digital, the need to provide a versatile digital banking product for our corporate and commercial clients that frees employees from their desktops has become vital! The CashPro Design Product Manager will focus on all areas of User Experience and User Interface design, including interaction design, visual design and user research. There will be ongoing collaboration with product managers, front-end developers, and business analysts on early stage prototypes up through final product implementation. The CashPro Product Manager will advocate for what users want, need and expect from the products we develop, and have a knack for translating our strategy and complex business asks into efficient and intuitive user experiences.

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Design Product Manager role:

  • Apply user-centered design (UCD) processes, including design thinking practices, to identify user needs and create compelling solutions in partnership with product managers

  • Understand client expectations and behaviors to deepen client relationships across working capital solutions

  • Facilitate continuous client feedback loop to plan, conduct and synthesize user research with the ability to validate early product designs

  • Create wireframes, site maps, schematics, user workflows, icons, mockups, and working prototypes to document the intended user experience

  • Collaborate with product, technology, front-end developers and quality assurance testers to ensure products are implemented per design specs

  • Analyze user behavior and friction points to contribute to the definition of a future simplified digital banking platform experience

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years work experience in product design related work such as UX and UI Design (Prototyping / Visual Design / Research / Information Architecture)

  • Strong knowledge of user experience across devices and platforms

  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into designs

  • Experience evaluating product analytics and KPIs and translating insights into designs

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and designs concurrently

  • Knowledge of Agile development process

  • Must be intellectually curious

  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations and effective listening skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers

  • Ability to influence others

  • Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls

  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities

  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe

  • BA/BS Required

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs

  • Experience in website design and user experience

  • Experience in design around marketing efforts such as email, video and data visualization

  • Knowledge of Design Sprint processes

  • Proficient with Sketch, Invision and /or  Photoshop preferred for purposes of creating wireframes, icons and prototypes

  • Good understanding or desire to learn new technology

  • Keen eye for market focus, competitive intelligence and awareness
