Job Description:

To be responsible for the delivery of product solutions to a wide universe of clients in the institutional space.

Role Description:

  • Responsible for marketing the bank’s commodity services to new and existing institutional clients
  • To ensure penetration increase of the business with the bank’s existing clients
  • Provide advice and opinion to clients with appropriate strategies in commodity markets
  • Price and execute transactions with approved clients
  • Ensure all audit, legal and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC) are adhered to, including compliance with all limits

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level  (or equivalent experience)

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving  skills are required
  • Experienced in the commodity and index product area, with relevant trading room exposure
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individual
  • Well developed numerate skills and a good understanding of macro-and micro-economics
  • Proven relationship building and client facing skills
  • Marketing, sales and presentation skills
  • Confident with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good systems knowledge (Bloomberg, Excel etc)
  • A second European language would be an advantage
