Primary responsibility is to book the loan onto the bank's system of record and perfect bank's collateral.  Responsible for maintaining control of bank collateral through set-up, input of exception ticklers, when applicable.  Assures initial lien perfection.  Responsible for accurate input of all indicative data changes.  This role is responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of the booking and collateral process.  Independently perform research and discuss loans with line partners with confidence and knowledge.  Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel and business partners to ensure world-class service.   In all measurable categories, maintains an acceptable level of accuracy.  Assists Market Leader in the facilitation of team meetings, training and quality review when necessary.

• System Knowledge:  GFS, Loan IQ, Electronic Document Repository, Trade line, QA PR Database
• Letters of Credit requirements and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Detail oriented
• Works well under time constraints
