Electronic Trading Infra (ET Infra) combines software and systems engineering to build and run Bank of America’s Equities Tradeplant. Our software development focuses on building infrastructure and accelerating work through automation. Our goal is to make infrastructure and software releases friction-less so Bank of America can iterate rapidly to meet client and regulatory requirements.
Scale the administration of systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation
Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, deployment, operation, and refinement.
Write code to evolve the automation as the plant tranforms.
Experience working in a UNIX/Linux production environment with hundreds of hosts
Experience programming in Perl, Python, Bash or any C derivative (C++, Java)
Experience in datastructures & databases (SQL & No SQL)
Experience automating/administering the operations of a UNIX plant.
Experience working in an Equities Tradeplant
Experience using standard SDLC tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins et al)
Experience programming in kdb/q
