Demonstrate strong End to End project management skills required to support all new CWP/RES Voice Projects, New Voice products presented, NSER’s and Reverse Engagement projects within the Work Space Services Contact Center/Enterprise Voice division. Experience working with Avaya VoIP infrastructure and Cisco Voice or known knowledge of platforms and past BoA work experience would be a plus for processes, Remedy (CRQ creation) and procedures..
Required Skills:
o 3-5 years Project Manager with Specific Voice/Data Projects 
o Voice Technology Experience 
o Avaya VoIP experience
o Project Management and/or Network Product knowledge
o Financial management: forecasting, budgeting, expense tracking 
o Excellent communication skills are required - Must be able to communicate/ operate in front of senior level Bank LOB representatives and present to senior executives
o Reporting Skills
Desired Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
