Position Summary

Third Party App Governance Analyst will help support completion of third party application governance deliverables for the Payments & Merchant Technology organization, within Client-Facing Platforms Tech (CFPT).
Responsibilities include:               
• Supporting application owners/teams with completion of application governance-related deliverables (ex's: Technical Recovery Plans, ADSF scans/remediation, Annual Recovery Testing, etc.)
• Responsible for ensuring applicable LOB partners are aware of upcoming and/or past due third party deliverables
• Will provide weekly reporting to Tech senior leadership and LOB on third party app governance compliance metrics
• Assist the Audit/Risk team with evidence/artifact gathering related to third party vendors

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• >3-5 years of application governance experience
• Strong grasp of information technology processes
• Excellent planning skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• The ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team across multiple locations and time zones
• Demonstrates superior collaboration skills that facilitate productive relationships with others
• Ability to clearly articulate and translate technology concepts, processes and deliverables into business facing documents suitable for senior management consumption
• Proficiency with Excel/reporting

Desired Skills

• Prior Vendor Management experience
• Prior Risk/Issue Management experience
