Receives inbound or places outbound calls to current and prospective Bank of America mortgage clients. Identifies client service and sales needs and then transfers clients to appropriate department. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting. May answer inquiries and resolve problems. Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Requires strong customer service skills.
o Bilingual Spanish required.
o Previous customer service/sales experience
o Ability to seek solutions for customers in a fast-paced environment
o Solid understanding of the Inbound Call Center and Sales industry
o Ability to adapt quickly to change
o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales, productivity and quality monitoring goals
o Excellent PC and communication skills

o 1+ years of customer service experience and/or
o 1+ years of call center experience
