Role Description:

The role will support BofASE's second line oversight on all matters related to liquidity, capital and IRRBB risk. This includes second line ownership of key legal entity deliverables such as RAS, ICAAP, ILAAP and Recovery Plans as well as significant business interaction. The role requires significant interaction with multiple senior stakeholders, including the Legal entity CRO, CFO and other senior management. There will be regular interaction with regulators (ACPR, ECB, Fed, PRA) including coverage for SREP and L-SREP processes.

Core Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum experience of 6 years in a similar role, preferably with a focus on Risk management or within Treasury Department.
  • In addition to being knowledagble in the liquidity, capital and IRRBB, broad working knowledge of trading products is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, with an ability to understand and explain complicated concepts concisely to senior audience.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to support business in a complex, fast moving environment.
  • The candidate must be a team player and able to lead teams and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Desired Job Skills: A preferred candidate should have experience dealing with regulators. Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters and SQL is useful.
