Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Korea Fixed Incomes Sales group is seeking a VP to join the team. This role requires an understanding of FX and Rates markets, focusing particularly on South East Asia.
Responsible to develop and manage a holistic broad revenue generating platform for Fixed Income & Currency business in general.
Creating value by establishing new relationship with key target segments (MNC, big Local Corp and Financial Institutions including non-banks).
Work closely with other Line of Business to promote cross-selling (Corporate Banking, Trade & Services) & to provide complete and suitable solutions to end clients.
Promote and develop structured solutions to Indonesia clients.
Monitor, train and guide team members on all business matters and to ensure zero compliance breach at all time.
Help to effectively manage risk in line with the Bank’s risk framework.
Continue to contribute to the internal operational excellent.
University degree with 7-10 relevant experience in FX and Fixed Income, especially in SEA markets.
Relevant sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international bank
Ability to develop rapport easily with clients, peers and partners; effective time management and prioritizing skills
Strong financial, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication, particularly presentation skills
Computer literate, selling skills, and ability to adapt well to change; Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
