As a Regulated Messaging / Communications Compliance Engineer, you will use your knowledge and experience to design/implement regulatory, compliance and governance controls across the bank user communications services.  These includes designing and implementing regulatory action outcomes focusing on Regulatory communication archival, eDiscovery and Supervision services with experience with Microsoft 365.  You must possess a unique blend of engineering, compliance, administration and customer facing skills.  Be an out of the box thinker and able to directly engage with all stakeholders - security, network, compliance, data, user experience, business, engineering, governance. Performs hands-on analysis, design, and implementation activities.  Demonstrates experience with advanced Problem, Incident and Triage management. Ability to speak to best practices in terms of implementation, maintenance, performance and scalability of technology solutions. Experience with Archival, Messaging, Data Analytics and Data Management technologies a plus. 

Capabilities:
• Experience with Archival, Messaging, Data Analytics and Data Management technologies such as Micro Focus Digital Safe, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Proofpoint Enterprise Archive & eDiscovery, Smarsh Connected
• Experience with enterprise data archival and data/information lifecycle knowledge of application messaging products and capabilities (Email, Social Media, Chat)
• Communication compliance and governance frameworks for Microsoft 365, including communication: archiving, retention, information rights management, records management, and data governance
• Technical skills with implementing Exchange Online Hybrid, Microsoft Teams, and communication compliance modules within M365 Compliance Center
• In-Place Records Management in Exchange Online Hybrid
• Archiving and retention in Exchange Online Hybrid
• Administration of the M365 Compliance Center
• Ethical walls and Information Barriers across M365
• Communication DLP native and custom policies
• DLP policy for protected communications
• Communication data governance delivery
• Microsoft Information Protection
• Communication audit log investigations
• Communication core/advanced eDiscovery
Required Skills:
•    2+ years in Archival, Messaging, Data Analytics and Data Management technologies such as Micro Focus Digital Safe, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Proofpoint Enterprise Archive & eDiscovery, Smarsh Connected
•    2+ years of extensive experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft 365
•    Mastery of the following: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Compliance, and Security
•    An insatiable curiosity to learn more about new Microsoft technologies and our customer’s business
•    Advanced business acumen with the ability to understand the ins and outs of our customer’s challenges
•    Experience with implementing compliance services for large enterprises for Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services.
•    Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex compliance topics to both executive, technical and business personnel.
•    Exceptional communication and personal skills, both written, verbal and while presenting to groups
•    Solid understanding of the commercial IT market and compliance standards
•    Strong analytical skills are required
•    Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skill
