o We are looking for a highly organized and skilled mobile product manager to join our growing mobility team within Employee Experience Technology. You will be responsible for overseeing our existing product management services, in our mobile infrastructure space. Ensuring solid processes and procedures are in place and executed in a timely manner to keep the product compliant and on track for ongoing success.
o The role includes responsibility for product direction within infrastructure, device landscapes and will ensure we have the best fit product strategy to support our growing business needs within an evolving mobile first vision.
o Reporting into the Senior Manager you will be part of a team of highly driven and delivery focused individuals across engineering, product and service. You will be a self-starter with excellent product knowledge with a focus on long term strategy and future state deliverables, alongside accurate product control, management and maintenance. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, highly regulated organization where creative thinking is essential to meet our business needs while meeting our regulatory and security requirements to the highest standard.
• Daily Responsibilities:
o End-to-End product lifecycle management on a global scale as well as managing the ongoing journey of future mobile services
o Drive product development with a focus on customer experience
o Identify opportunities to improve and diversify the mobile strategy, while introducing new product options and long term goals
o Customer focus product delivery
o Agile delivery of products and services
o Capture user requirements and work with the engineering team to turn them into clear actionable user-stories and deliverables
o Define, monitor and analyze KPI’s and other metrics for live products to feed back into the product roadmap
o Clearly communicate product plans, roadmaps benefits and results to a wide range of audiences at all levels
o Adherence to compliance, regulatory and technical standards across the global platforms
o Financial forecasting and budgetary submissions to support ongoing product requirements, funding future state roadmaps and growth/reduction projections
Required Job Skills:

o   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners.
o    Experience with business or technology strategy development.
o    Strong experience with business and technology operational process definition and optimization.
o    Experience with Design Thinking and Agile methodology experience and/or certification, Lean familiarity.
o    Highly Skilled specific to:  Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
