 Process Overview*:

Business Management team is responsible for managing the RnR, Travel budgets, FTE forecasting and billing. Team has to ensure the governance routines are adhered by the Ops team and met the required timelines. Team has to analyze the data and share the required report with the Ops team. Team has to make effective utilization of seats allocated to the processes across all the teams.

Job Description*:

This is an Individual Contributor Role; Self-starter and team player with a strong work ethic willing to work in a challenging environment. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out the business management deliverables. Apart from good knowledge of business management deliverables, the incumbent will be expected to have a good grasp on business needs and evolving business requirements. Acting as a Change agent, he/she will manage a variety of value-driven initiatives basis the business requirement 


  • Preparation of Headcount validation
  • Dashboards related to business critical outputs,
  • Monthly scorecards
  • Governance of reports
  • Responsible for financial and headcount data analysis and centralized reporting
  • Streamline processes through consolidation and automation, driving improvements in the efficiency of the process and the quality of the output
  • Ad hoc analysis and project work
  • Ability to deliver on the project decks within short span


  • Education*: B.TECH/M.B.A/C.A/MBA  
  • Experience Range*: 10-12 years strong experience in Business Management

    Foundational skills*:

  • Demonstrate analytical skills –to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile variances and present complex data in a coherent manner
  • Be competent with MS Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. MS Access is a plus
  • Have strong organization skills –ability to switch between tasks and to prioritize work effectively
  • Have strong communications skills –both verbal and written as incumbent will be required to communicate with various levels of employees
  • Be a team player with the ability to take the initiative and ownership of tasks and operate across different functional silos
  • Have an aptitude to learn quickly under pressure and be self-motivated
  • Strong analytical reasoning & Data interpretation
  • Good Presentation skills, able to summarize messages
  • Ability to cope with delivery within very tight deadlines under high pressure

    Desired skills*:

  • Must be collaborative / curious / driven / continuous learner
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite

    Work Timings*: 12:30 p.m. till 09:30 p.m. (UK Shift)
