The Centralized Quality Assurance Team is a Centralized and Independent team resulting in standardized & consistent QA procedure across the business for work performed by GBS
The candidate should be able to assists in completing qualitative and quantitative analytics while working with his LOB and managing multiple business segments. The candidate should be able to work independently with limited direction while interacting effectively with internal partners and direct team. Daily responsibilities may include the following: liaising with all stakeholder, managing process level transaction and escalations.
