Job Description
Provide senior originators comprehensive analysis on clients, investors, industry trends and private capital market events
Run communications about the status of all live deals and client communications
Organize the status of all investor discussions including managing process related items (NDA’s, scheduling calls and organizing diligence) as well as collecting other key feedback and themes from investors
Determine and spearhead additional analyses that are supportive to the client or transaction effort
Partner with colleagues in investment banking industry groups to analyze proposals received on transactions and help clients determine how it impacts their ownership and cost of capital
Work closely with senior colleagues to prepare pitchbook presentations for the team to use in client discussions, with a focus on investor analyses and positioning pages in the private capital markets
Anticipate senior banker needs ahead of planned client meetings, and prepare materials accordingly
Work closely with internal constituents, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks in the context of deal execution
Qualifications
BS/BA required, plus ~1 year of work experience in financial services
Academic aptitude, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking
Strong interpersonal skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and on small teams
Ability to multi-task various projects concurrently in an ever-changing market driven environment
