Position Description

We are looking for a talented professional with experience in performing administrative support functions, to fulfil an opening in our CTO APAC organization. You will help to manage the executives’ calendar, arrange internal/external meetings and team events, prepare presentation materials, process expense claims, handle travel arrangements and highly sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Manage executives' calendar, robust scheduling of internal/external meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Communicate with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information
  • May be exposed to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment
  • Process expense reports in a timely manner according to policy and handle travel arrangements
  • Handle general administrative duties, ad-hoc event logistics, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution
  • Experience supporting senior leaders/executives
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with senior leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and efficient individual possessing the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail/accuracy
  • Proven track record of proactively and independently organizing with an ability to anticipate next steps and possible issues while working to effectively resolve issues
  • Adaptable to change
