Connecting Asia Pacific to the world

Our Asia Pacific team is spread across 19 cities in 12 markets. We are focused on connecting Asia to the world and the world to Asia, using our global expertise to ensure success is shared between us, our clients and our communities. Our regional footprint covers 12 currencies, more than a dozen languages and five time zones, placing us firmly among the region’s leading financial services companies.

  • Provide in-depth fundamental analysis and estimates intrinsic fair values for approximately 14 stocks with US$320m within the Australian REIT industry

  • Create and maintain complex financial models incorporating analytical insight from our top-down and bottom-up investment research process, including discounted cash flow analysis and net asset valuation.

  • Take ownership of primary coverage list and contribute to excess return versus benchmark with buy, sell and hold recommendations communicated to Portfolio Managers on a regular basis.

  • Challenge consensus assumptions with own research findings, particularly those garnered through on the ground field research.

  • Maintain relationships and proactively communicate with senior management of covered companies and industry contacts.

Requirements

  • Primary requirements are extensive REIT knowledge, superior quantitative skills and proven judgment in the field of research.

  • Ability to draft reports independently

  • Experiencing of communicating complex research findings succinctly to Portfolio Managers & Sales Traders
