Position Description
The Human Resources Consultant works as part of the regional HR team in delivering HR services to GTO in APAC with a particular focus on a number of sub-LOB.
You must be an innovative and collaborative results-oriented individual with a passion for Human Resources.
Your responsibilities will include but not be exclusive to:
An effective HR partner to support business needs, by providing critical, high-quality capability across the full spectrum of HR delivery
Liaise with regional and global HR colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to GTO people priorities delivery
Responsible for managing the employee journey across entry to the bank, performance management, career development and promotion, compensation, resignation and termination
Leverage HR specialist partners to ensure subject matter expertise is fully tapped into
Where needed, be able to design and deliver data analytics with insightful analysis and reporting that will help the leadership team identify patterns and make impactful business decisions
Facilitate internal HR initiatives across the business
Building strong relationship with internal stakeholders including with the wider HR team and other control function peers
Supporting the regional HR Executive on key GTO and HR priorities
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple ad-hoc projects within the function
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts or equivalent
Minimum 6+ year HR experience, with robust understanding of HR operating model
A strong communicator, both written and verbally
Solutions-focused approach to work
Strong execution skills
Ability to manage conflicting and demanding clients and priorities
Resolution and results driven
Strong attention to detail
A solid and proven working understanding and technical know-how of Excel, data analytics and reporting/analysis, preferable within an HR environment
