Line of Business Role Description
This position supports Treasury Sales Officers and Treasury Services Specialists with the on-boarding of new Large Corporate clients implementing complex Treasury Services products within US. The individual must have a broad and in-depth knowledge of the various payments, receipts and reporting services as well as data transmission protocols in order to adequately consult with clients, explain the options available to them and gather their requirements for implementing those services.
Project managing the implementation of treasury solutions with new and existing clients to Bank of America - covering core product solutions / service offerings. Working in partnership with the client to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicate the project status; identify issues, resolution steps and deadlines. Coordinating with internal Business Partners as necessary. Attending conference calls where specific cash management and client knowledge will assist with the execution of the solution. Providing support and guidance to Sales Officers where required/requested during the sales process
Strong knowledge Treasury Products, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands. Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal partners to deliver clear requirement. Good communications skills, both orally and written, preferably within a similar client servicing function. Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view. Self-motivating, flexible, proactive; ability to work in a team environment and able to work independent of direct supervision
