Business Product Officer

Westerville, Ohio

Job Description:

Works closely with the Practice Solutions Regional Account Officer (RAO) and Programs' Relationship Managers (RMs) to engage with clients to solicit new business from new and established client. Recommends appropriate products for the client, collects and prepares the documents for fulfillment. In addition, audits submissions from RAOs and RMs for Practice Banking Products and routes to appropriate fulfillment team; performs basic demand deposit account maintenance including check orders, external name changes, fee refunds and waivers, and signature cards creation and processing; performs customer service related tasks including in-bound and out-bound calls to borrower on ancillary products; trains sales associates on new or existing policies and procedures.

Required Skills
Two or more years of client service experience in financial services; preferred candidates will have Practice Solutions and/or Programs experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience; preferred candidates will have a degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, etc.)
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team
Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners
Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experience
