Bank of America is seeking a technology solutions architect, with proven expertise defining strategic solutions in the modern MarTech landscape including cross-channel campaign management based on 1st and 3rd party data, utilization of real-time signals and events to customize the user experience/messaging across multiple touchpoints, integrating 3rd Party data to evolve the marketing strategy and experience using, tools/analytic methods (predictive analytics) within “big data” environments to help us maximize these new data platforms and deliver strategic advantage and growth to our business partners.
Responsibilities will include defining comprehensive solutions that meet business needs while leverage the best possible combination of existing platforms with the latest marketing technology solution sets. The Marketing Architect will be accountable for partnering with key roles (e.g. project managers, application owners, business analysts, strategic architects etc.) to create solutions that are aligned to the architecture principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet the financial targets (cost and benefits). Within the solution development lifecycle this role will be accountable for solution evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case. They will provide consulting during the detailed design, build, test and deploy phases, and reengaged to perform benefits realization. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member or as an individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Typically 5-7 years of systems experience.

• 5+ years working within the marketing landscape to define and implement transformational solutions
•-Experience with vendor market place for new technologies in the marketing domain including eventing technologies, 3rd party data capture/aggregation and operational usage of advanced analytical models
•-Experience with vendors such as Experian, adobe, live ramp, Acxiom, epsilon, etc.
•-5+ years in enterprise, application and information architecture design
•-Understanding of service oriented architecture databases, data modeling techniques
•-Ability to create pragmatic, strategic technology alternatives which deliver short-term results while contributing to long-term strategic direction
•-Effectively Influence, Negotiate and Lead technology alternative evaluations and implementations across the Technology and Line of Business organizations
•-Proven experience performing similar functions in complex and large organizations
•-Ability to comfortably and credibly present to senior management. Be able to articulate the value proposition of getting solutions built using sound architecture principles
•-Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision
•-Excellent written, verbal and diagramming skills
