Background: APAC Windows Incident Management SA role is to ensure day to day production support of about 65000 windows Servers, physical and virtual machines covering all Lines of business enterprise wide. The job requires troubleshooting and configuration of the technical environment, monitor and manage server performance and health. Working in shifts to cover production support, ensure infrastructure stability and escalations from core infrastructure team. Responding to critical incident escalations and outages. This role exposes candidate to hardcore technical and troubleshooting skills, working with OEM vendors such as Microsoft, HP, etc.
